A Cheltenham born artist who has spent his working life developing and honing his skill and passion for letter cutting and carving in stone.
His love of calligraphy and the challenge of using stone as a canvas has led him more recently to embracing the art of watercolour painting.
He is an entirely self-taught artist, and being a keen naturalist is greatly influenced and challenged by wildlife as a subject for his paintings, focusing mainly on birds.
In 2009 and 2011 he exhibited in the Cheltenham Art Festival & Open Studios exhibition and at Nature in Art Gloucestershire in June 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015 with The Wildlife Art Society International (TWASI), of which he is a member. He was also Artist in Residence at Nature in Art on 12 October 2010.
